To me, taking your sales to "a whole new level" means taking your closing percentage from maybe thirty, forty, fifty, maybe sixty percent if you were lucky, to ninety to one hundred percent. To basically closing every single deal that you propose. Before Sales Results we were probably closing somewhere between fifty to seventy-five percent depending on the individual account manager. I would say now most of our sales people are probably, realistically above eighty percent and we're headed toward one-hundred percent. We don't continue the conversation with somebody who's not ready to buy and not ready to buy from Data Clean.

It occurred to me to look at other programs but I actually didn't expend the effort because I was convinced that Sales Results was the right solution for us. Basically because of the way that they approached the problem and they used some magic words with me and those were that most sales training programs consist of a one or two-day seminar where to get all jazzed up and your adrenaline gets flowing and you get back to the office and say: "This is terrific, I'm going to conquer the world," and in about three weeks time you are right back to doing exactly what you did before. By having a year long program where they go over the material once, twice, sometimes three times more and focus on what it is you need to learn and move forward and take advantage of those things, it's huge.
