We'll I would recommend that anybody who has a product or a service that could be of some assistance, some advantage, some benefit to a consumer, should take the program. And I say this because everybody is selling, whether you’re in a sales mode or not. I wasn't in a sales mode for many, many years, but yet I was promoting our organization. Whenever I went to a function or whenever I met somebody I was promoting our organization or myself for that matter. So I think the system makes sense for anyone who's in a position of influencing others, helping others, or providing a product or service.

When I went to Steve's and Jim's workshop I went with the expectation that I would know everything they're teaching because of the fact that I have given presentations on sales, I grew my company tremendously, over 400 percent from my sales efforts and from training sales staff and I thought there was nothing they could teach me. And I had an interesting reaction when I was in the workshop. It was: "Yeah I know that, I know that, WHOA! I DONT KNOW THAT!' and it just opened my eyes to something different and I thought: you know, I should look into this a little more.

I believe that once you shift your attitude, that the universe starts to kind of pop and things start to happen. There was a four letter word in my life that kind of screamed out at me that wasn't there for a long time and that word was "hope." And it was also belief. And so I just felt better immediately because of what [Jim] said is possible. [Because] he believed in me, I started believing in me. And even though I've been a very confident person and very successful person all my life, at the time that I met [Jim] that wasn't the case. [After starting with Sales Results] I got excited with life. I got excited with possibility. And without anything happening the business started to change and I felt more confident. I just felt better going everywhere I went. I was excited with life.

When I first started Optimal Level, I guess because there was such passion, I was getting… three, four, five people a month every month and we were really growing and what happened after about two or three years… people turn over and I wasn't getting the number of enrollees… in the program that I needed. I know that one would expect the impact of Sales Results to take a little while. That would be the common expectation. It happened immediately for me. When it started to change for me was when I started to use the system that was missing from what I used to do. Where as I used to get perhaps every three/four months I'd get one or two new members, now I'm getting two or three or even four a month.

I can only talk about it as it relates to me and the difference it's made in my life. And so I have to go back to the generosity of sprit of both Steve and Jim. The thing that got me about Jim is he got me my first new member before I ever joined Sales Results. Before I ever contracted with Sales Results, he got me my first member. That was only because of the goodness of his heart. I really believe that. I know that he knows that if he does good for someone else, somewhere it comes back. [But], I don't think he thinks that way. I think he gets a kick out of helping [people]. Steve just got me my member before my last member… So I think it's something that they just love to do and it's just a generosity of spirit. I think that's very different from any other sales company and I do know other people in the business.

My attitude changed because I read the book that they gave me. And that completely set me on fire and when you're set on fire and your passionate you're over fifty percent there. The rest was the system. The fact that I got a clear idea of what the outcome had to be in terms of how many calls I had to make, how many networking events I had to go to and so it sped me up and I was actually doing more but I wasn't taking as much time because I wasn't spending time… calling people that I shouldn't be calling. I learned far better how to qualify and what was a good fit and what wasn't a good fit.
